Yup.. got a code 41 on my wheeler...was out plowing for about 20 min. when it started spittin and sputtering...I know it's not the battery because I have a tender hooked to it..actually stalled a couple times...The fuel pump is cycling normally so it's not that...Took the t bap harness apart and didn't see any evident problems with the wires but it could be an internal problem...gonna look at it a little closer and probably order the t bap repair kit...Any thoughts???

have heard alot of bad wire harnesses on the tbap sensor. wonder why theres such an issue w/ these. maybe form internal corrsion inside the harness?

 

I separated the plug and it didn't look bad but goin to order repair kit tomorrow...Hope that's the answer...

UPDATE:
Well I picked up the new T bap repair harness kit and installed it...I didn't like the connectors they supplied so I soldered the connections and heat shrunk them...Pretty straight forward repair...Plowed for another half hour or so since with no issues...Got my fingers crossed...Also no more code 41 either...Just wanted to let you guys know...
