Default Met my Match.

We got dumped on here in NY. Over 2 feet of snow. We are on day 3 with no power. Thank god for generators. I tried to do some plowing with the ATP but only ended up stuck. God a friend with a plow to open up and then I was able to clean it up a bit. I haven't seen snow like this since I was a kid. I don't know how you guy's out west and up north do it every year.First pic is my driveway second is one of the local roads.

Awsome pics... this has been a crazy winter.. I too have never seen snow like this in southern PA.... piled this high everywhere... Al Gore and his global warming can come to my house and grab a shovel.

Yeh this last storm was bad I live in northern NJ and we ended up with 2 ft last friday. It was fun up until about 18" then after that i realized that I could not get out on the trails anymore I would just get high centered and dig in.. plus the glacier 1 kept falling off the mount when I would push the snow up the 5 ft pile at the end of the driveway..... That will be fixed come summer..

I feel your pain! got 10-15 foot banks piled all the way around my property. Been slowly warming up here so hopefully the Spring will be a slow melt instead of raging rivers like last year. We usually get 1 or 2 mid to late March dumpings before it's all over. Hope you folks at least get power back soon.

If I were you, I would take a shovel onto that roof. This is going to be awfully heavy quick and you may not want to read further...

I agree, if thats wet snow, or if it gets rained on, that flat a roof could be in trouble.
