I have a 96 blaster motor was rebuilt had electrical issues. Finally got it running rode it for bout an hour killed it now i can get it to start but sputters then pops and dies. I thought mabey the plug fouled but put in a new one and does the same thing the gas is fresh also. can anybody help?

 

Two things I would check is the carb for trash in the jets and the reeds, may have broke a blade off.

 

I put a carb off a running blaster on it and the reeds look good anymore suggestions? Thanks for the suggestions

 

It might sound messed up but the brand new stator is junk. I put an old one on and it runs great. Thanks for the help
