a buddy of mine has an 08 outlander 800 ltd and it won't start. He says the display keeps flashing EHR and when he spoke to the dealer he was told that the computer needed to be reset. Is there any other way around this and also what exactly does EHR mean or what is making this happen.

 

You could try tondisconnect the power to it by disconnecting the battery but, I think you might have to goto the dealer.
