Tie rod end question

Tie rod end question
I have a little slop in my handlebars, and I see that the inner tie rod ends are bad. What brand would you recommend based on price and quality? Also, can I just buy the two inner tie rod ends and not the outters? Are they left or right handed thread? It is a 2006 sportsman 500 HO. Thanks for the help guys.
