Default sportsman 500 no spark.

Hey guys. I am new here but I have a big problem.

I am working on a 98 sportsman 500 and I cant get no spark out of it. It ran good but was hard to start before it got parked for the winter. I grounded the plug and there is nothing.

Were should I start and what do I look for.

I would first check the plug and plug wire.Plug wires have been known to get pinched and short out.

Were is the coil on this thing. It looks like its a pain to get at. I put a new plug on but can only follow the wire for a bit.

I took the flywheel off and one of the magents was loose. It is also chipped of at the corner. Is there anyway to glue them on or do I have to buy a new flywheel.

Everything is nice and clean under there so I dont think thats my no spark problem.
