I opened one of the motors up today and the piston had 0.5 on it and the top is grainy looking so I'm thinking it's 0.5mm over and a suzuki one thus the grainy texture... doesn't say anything else, inside the skirt looks like it says CK2 or something like that not sure. anyway, just curious if it's half over

I got the gasket kit in, I'm guessing the large metal ring is the header gasket to where the muffler pipe hits the head? should help my exhaust leak a little LOL can't wait to see if that helps with the running problems... at least the sound and stuff spewing out will reduce at least now I can change bore's out if I really need to... but I think I'd just try the stock carb if this one still gives me problems...

it had a 26 engraved on the air filter side on the inner lip I'm guessing it's a 26mm carb? it's a mikuni roundslide. the damm slide is sticking too, not just the cable.

has anyone ever buffed one out to make it not stick? or is it pretty much just get a new slide time? I don't really want to put more money into this carb setup and would almost rather have the stocker on if it's gonna be a problem.
