New TRV 1000 H2
#1
Just got a new TRV 1000 and sold my Grizzly 660 to my father in law. It came with radial tires 25" and ordered 27" swamplites off ebay and they should be here tomorrow. Anyone have a idea if the are going to rub on my fenders? Got all four 10" width so they wouldn't stick out to far in the back and throw mud on the wife. (hmmm maybe i should a rethought that
) Put terracross 26" on the Grizzly before i sold it and had to put fender flares on it and it did rub alot a the fender off back by the floor boards. Hope that doesn't happen with the brand new TRV. Anyone have 27" on thier artic cat ?

I have 27" 589s on my 2007 650 TRV. No problem with keeping the GF clean when she rides with me, but then my GF is petite enough to where I block whatever gets slung up off the front (not much, the fenders are pretty wide)

Well any time you go bigger in tires you are putting more strain on your drive train and what most other brands dont have that we do in arctic cat land is ///Airdam!!
Now then ///Airdam is a Arctic Cat clutching god period. He can machine your primary in such a fashion that you can end up with not only more low end power but also a higher top speed in low and high range combine that with a new secondary spring and look out!! Here is the link to his website but its best just to call him tell him what ya want and let the magic happen!! http://airdam.x10hosting.com/ if that link isnt working let me know and ill get his info for ya!!!

Nice. I am not to worried about power loss with 27s it is hard enough to try to stop the tires from spinning with the stock tires. Just wanted to make sure I wouldn't be burning off any of the new black plastic. Thanks !
