I just bought this machine used and noticed where the brake lines all come together on the steering stem part of the frame (under the front fender) there was a little metal bracket held on under the brake line manifold. There was a little wire attached to it that broke off. Everything seems to run the same but was curious as to what it was. I went to the parts diagram and found it under the electrical parts diagram. It is called a diode. What does that do? Obviously it was there for a reason and I'm not sure if I'm doing some sort of damage by not having it hooked up. Any suggestions? Thanks Rob
