Ok I got a Polaris Predator 500 now...it's brand new...I like this...first quad so I have really nothing to compare it too...but it's a 07 and I wanna get a 2010 model...I got the Predator thinking I would crash and mess things up learning how to drive it but I havent...so what you suggest I get?...i'm 5'10 250lbs...
I wanna get a fast ATV with a low center of gravity...what's your input on the Ltz450...Yfz450 and the Kfx450 and the Raptor 700...
I never rode any of the ATV's I stated about...but I like the Ltz450 the best because it's not very common to see like the yamaha brands...also I like the exhuast pipe going straight down the middle of the bike...not to the right...plus it's the widest out them all...
What a be best for me?...

the predator is almost as fast as a stock 700, but not much of a match for 450s as i saw last weekend when two of these wheelers lined up and the 450 smoked by the predator. however... if you were to invest some money into your predator i think you will find that its got more than enough power. especially since when you wheelie you put your feet out... if you want it wider, put some wheel spacers on(cheap width). if you want lower center of gravity, put some 18" tires on the back and 20" on the front. however if you trail ride at all these very wide, and very low quads bottom out terribly, much worse than yours does right now. DOHC and liquid cooling doesnt get much better than that. except for efi. if i were you i would add a pipe, jet kit, high flow air filter. if after that you arent happy with your machine do a little research on hot cams. i noticed the most difference on my 400ex with the hot cam out of anything else i have done to my machine. im not sure how much upkeep your predator requires but to keep a 450 running in top form you must maintian it constantly. not saying they are ticking time bombs but the require a little more maintenance more often. plus they can be a handful on technical trails.

The 450s are fast because there a motocross high reving motors, The KTM built 510cc is the largest motocross motor made, there in the 525 Polaris Outlaw and KTM sport ATV.
The larger 660/700 motors are derived from more deturned on/off road enduro motor bikes.
The 525 KTM motocross is kinda of a odd duck because its not alowed to race in the 450 class and has no race category, but I,m sure its a thrill.
Some people think the predator 500 motor is the same SOHC 36hp Fuji built motor in the 500 Scrambler and Sportsman, but its a DOHC rated at 42hp. The 510cc KTM/Outlaw is 53hp to put it in respective.

so stock for stock a predator 500 motor puts out the same HP as a new 450. i would really think that if you put some money into the predator it would eat up a stock 450...jmo

Well, they are healthy on the dyno, but real world has proven they lag behind the true 450 machines. The Fuji isn't able to rev as quickly and doesn't respond as well to mods(that is just my opinion.) The Pred frame geometry isn't as nailed down either. It isn't as consistent to launch or turn on. Still, if I already had the Predator, I would run it if I was just in it recreationally. If I was racing then a 450 is better suited.

Thats what i was getting at, but with all my jibberish i couldnt get it to come out. ESPECIALLY if i already had a somewhat difficult time riding the fuji 500, no way would i need anything faster.

Well, the most important information is left out here.....
What type of riding do you do?
That makes a BIG difference in what kind of recommendations to offer.
Keeping and upgrading the Predator might make sense and if so, I will point you in a direction of where to go for mods.
If something else would be more practical, I would point you in that direction.
