Is there one that will and more power to my rig without sounding louder. To be honest the softer it sounds the better.

 

i would say no on the louder part espically compared to stock ,my cousin has a speed werks that gives it more snap but it is cosiderably louder than mine also he didn't have to add a programmer which you may need for others
