With all the discussion on pipes I decided to buy a Custom X pipe from Australia, after all they got a good wrap on the bombardierds650.com site. The pipe arrived and looks great, fiited great, and sounds even better. Peter guy that builds these pipes supplied jetting information and sugguested to get the best out of the pipe run a K&N filter.
With the K&N fitted and the carb rejetted it was time for the dunes, boy does this pipe make the DS come alive. The most notible difference is the torque. Running paddles i can now pull wheelies at ease in third gear. I am amazed at the amount of difference in performance that i got for my 400 buck investment. If youre in the market for a pipe
give thios one a go I'm certain you won't be dissapointed.
