Looks like a 400 Kodiak Big Bear, manual transmission, year unknown(At least before 1993). With a LOT of busted parts. If you want it, take it if free, but don't count on getting it running again. (Cost more to fix than worth). Look to Ebay and salvage yards for parts-if any.

I just did a google image search, and that looks just like a '95 kodiak 400 that popped up. As far as where to order parts, ebay is a good place to start...you can always find somebody who is parting one out.

what i might try to do if he gives it to me for free are take off the carb and clean it, clear all the fuel lines, drain the tank, change the oil, new plugs, and go from there.

Ive been looking for a project like this! Go for it man, Id love to have that beast. I just got done rebuilding an 87 Moto-4 80 and it is a lot of fun to hear the thing run after being dead for over 10 years.

Good luck!
