Has anyone tried this exuast system on a TB 250? Is it loud? What is the HP increase and clutching needs?

Typically, DG is about the worst exhaust you can put on the blazer. Spend the extra bucks and get one you can tune the clutch to.

 

yeah, i did a search on dg exhaust, boy could not hear enough bad stuff about one company, and all their products,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

what year trailblazer do you have Sammydogg.i have a 97 and the stock exhaust is not bad,i put a red epi spring in it, shaved the head,put a carb from a 400cc and WOW!!!!!!

 

You can also take the stock header pipe off a corresponding (I think) year 400, and put a slip on pipe on that and get some pretty decent gains for a lower price.

Ftwflh has done some great mods on his before and could probably give you all the info you'd need to make it a screamer.
