Default what could have happened

my 1998 polaris trail boss would start and run as long as you kept a little gas on the trottle, my gas tank had a small leak so i thought i might as well take care of this first, so i take the tank off and fix the leak, i put it back on and now i can not get it to start again

sounds like you need to clean the carburetor. double check the fuel filters and change if applicable.

star w/ the simple stuff by changing the spark plug if you have not already. make sure the etc is set correctly onthe throttle so it's not interfearing w/ fire. make sure you didn't unhook any wires or ground any out like the kill or key switch.
