I just picked up a used Fushin 110cc at a police auction for $100 bucks. It is identical to the other one I had so I figured what the heck. Well I got it running and I am having some issues. First thing I noticed is it is no where as quick as my other one. Out of the hole the other one is very strong. The one I picked up is a slug. Top speed is off by a lot as well. My boys have been drag racing so I thought I may use this one as well. It has a Loncin 110cc engine on it.

What should I do first to find out why it is so slow out of the gate. I have cleaned the carb very good already as well as the air filter. Thanks in advance.

Anybody? Will adjusting the valves be a huge difference?
