Default 98 Xplorer 300 oil pump question

I read through the forums and have seen people saying that there is a banjo nut type deal on the side of the pump that can be loosened to see if oil comes out while the wheeler is on...but I don't see where/how to get to the nut on the pump as the oil pump is under the carb...can anyone give me a little bit of guidance?

Fill tank with premix, take oil line off carb, run bike and see if it is oiling.this may take a while to see if it is dripping out the hose.

Just drain the premix out before going back to the pump
