I am getting ready to order 2 complete rear axles from this company. Has anyone done business with them before? Good/Bad experiences??? Kinda like "Consumer Reports" ATV Forum style!
There should be an online supplier report card section of our forums.
If you think about it...there are hundreds of "Companies" on line, and unless you have prior knowledge of their service, you wouldn't know if you were dealing with a legit co. or some guy working out of his motel room using free WIFI and a website template that he could change more often than his shorts!!!
$400.00 is a big chunk of change for me...everyone else wants almost that for one axle. So, I am curious about their quality or lack thereof!!!

Nothing in the BBB reports for that area. Could be a good or bad thing. Not much on facebook or twitter.

Maybe a call to the BBB in that area would get a better answer.

So...I spent the money, waited patiently and 7 days later(this afternoon)
I recieved my two new axles.
I ordered specifically (per the catalog listing) Left rear alxe AND RIGHT rear axle.
I am NOT a happy camper!!! I didn't notice in the online catalog any part numbers and just figured the people knew what they were doing.

My buddy and I tore down and removed the right side first. Grabbed the new axle, and uh oh...it's an inch short!!! Thought maybe we grabbed the left side by mistake...nope SAME SIZE EXACTLY!
Looked at the packing list a little more closely and even though the descriptions are as in the online catalog..the SKU#s are identical!!!
I have to wait til morning to call them and I am mad enough to spit nails right now! Maybe it's a good thing I have to wait 9 hours

I have a set of Gorilla axles for sale. I used them for a short time this summer and then got a 6" lift.

Well...I guess I owe American CV Store an apology...I emailed them today and explained my problem. I recieved a very prompt informative reply! I guess I should be happy to find out what I foound out but it means I have to wait for the return process to take place and that bums me out.
My 2002 700 Twin Sportsman is actually a 2003~~~I had no clue! I bought the machine from a very close friend of the family and took their word for it when they said it was a 2002! The Mfg. date is stamped right there on the front cowl...Aug.28 2002...that was probably one of the first 2003s
So...I now have to return the incorrect parts and wait for them to be recieved then they will ship my new CORRECT parts!
To say that I am embarrassed would be an understatement!
