Anybody know of any source for a performance cam for the 850? (other than HSP @ $715.00)

Or should I just have some reground for it?

 

You are the man! How could anyone be searching for more power from an 850???

 

LOL. That's what I was thinking. It's a beast as is. You bring those RPMs up and man does it make some power in the upper reaches. Love it.

I think hsp actually was the first with the 500 ho cam then polaris follows their lead, 715 is pretty high, let us know how it runs if you do it, I put the 800 ho cam and 40mm carb on my old 03 700 , it had more power but used alot of gas, my 850 does much bettter on gas , love the power but always lookin for more.

 

So I did a little price checking on cams, looks like I could offer a reground for about $300.00 exchange. That sounds alot better than what is currently available. Anybody interested?
