OK folks....

After doing a bit of searching on the forums and not finding anything.... I'm asking to see if anyone has a (or download location) Polaris Outlaw 90 Service Manual. The darn thing is running terrible. Once it starts, you have to run it with the darn choke the whole time... which fouls the plug. But then after a while (may 15 minutes of riding) the darn thing just dies and you have to wait for it to cool to restart it. Now I've dumped the gas and adjusted the idle... Now I'm off to tear down and clean the carb. Before I start, i would love to get my hands on a service manual (and no have to pay the $40 from the dealer). Coincidentally, this thing has gone back to the dealer 2x for this problem and I get the same sorry answer.... "Yeah they all seem to do that.. Just run the choke for a while and it will go away..."

Yeah, well not so much... And now I have a frustrated 10yr old who just wants his ATV to run!

Any help would be appreciated.

i haven't used this website, but i did come across it not too long ago. on the left under manuals, the side drop box will open to select make. i went ahead and sent you the polaris side. hope it works.
