IS THE 400 EX right for me

Hi, I am 13 5'1 100 lbs. I ride mostly dunes/hills,trails and open fields. I am thinking about buying a 400ex but I think I might not be able to handle it becuase it is big machine. But I would love to have one. I was thinking maybe I could just take it slow and be really careful. I have only ridden quads only a few times. If I could have some of your guys opinions that would be helpful.THANKS

Although it may not be politically correct, as long as you have some experience and respect it you'll probably be fine & be able to grow into it.
I know several 12-14 year olds that have and even race 400EX's in various events in this area, they usually do well & handle the machine well.
It all depends on you... If you have the maturity to respect the machine, you'll be fine. If you're not sure, start with a smaller machine, like a 300EX. When I was your age I was riding an ATC350X.
