Default Need help quick with jetting

I just ordered a MOOSE jet kit for my 02 500HO. Im a little worried after looking more into it. According to jetsrus the stock main jet is a 152.5

The largest of the five main jets that come in the kit is a DJ155. According to any charts I can find online, the DJ155 is comparable to a Mikuni 145 - 147.5

If these charts are indeed correct, ALL of the jets in the kit are WAAAAY too small for what I need. Ill be adding a IDSX or Big gun Exhause, Moose Foam filter, And will be snorkled. Please tell me I didnt waste 50 bucks

If I can get some info fast enough I may still be able to cancel the order in the morning before it ships out

If the Moose kit is like the Dynajet kit, then the carb slide needle is tapered quite a bit more than stock needle. This in itself will allow more fuel and quicker delivery and smaller jets can be used. They are supposed to be super smart on jet kits, but I think you are paying more for the titanium needles than anything else! Be sure to check plug condition, make sure its not too lean if you use the kit. Just my 2 cents worth ! OPT

If the kit comes with a more tapered needle I would suspect you'll be alright. I just re jetted my B-N-laws raptor with a stage-2 dyno jet kit which came with smaller main jets (vs. stock) but a much narrower needle. It had me scratching my head but, He claims it's got gobs more power over stock. He also claims it was hard to pull a wheelie in third gear but now he can do it at will. That tells me the jet kit definitely made an improvement.
