99 450 es wont shift

Default 99 450 es wont shift
wont shift w buttons checked ecu and shift motor wires from buttons seem to have lovoltage compaired to a nother 450es i checked no power comes out of ecu to es motor

This may sound stupid but check your battery voltage. The ESs don't like to shift if the battery is low. Also check you shift sensor as well they have a tendencie to go out.
