Default 2002 polaris Scrambler 50

Hi all,

I recently purchased a scrambler 50 for my son and have a few questions about removing the restrictors on this 2002 model.

1. Where is the spark arrestor in the exhaust located? Is it at the very end of the pipe?

2. I pulled the exhuast from the head pipe looking for the restrictor to remove. is the restrictor I'm looking for inside the end of the head or sandwiched between the head and exhaust?

Thank you,
Matt

Welcome to the forums.

The spark arrestor should be at the tip of the exhaust. Not sure about any restrictions in the exhaust.

Thanks for the input!

Looks like someone has already removed it then.

Looking at the parts diagram, it does show a restrictor.
