banshee jetting help!!!!!

Default banshee jetting help!!!!!

i have a 1999 banshee with a brand new (stock) hot rod crank, .80 over weisco prolite pistons,pro circuit exhaust, vforce 3 reeds, boost bottle. with stock dual carbs have 280 main jets and headers are turning white (i think thats not good)! i'm at sea level and around 50 degrees. dont know were to start thanks

If the headers are turning white, imagine what the pistons are doing. You better fatten it up as it sounds like you are having a lean condition. What do the plugs look like, and what size are the carbs ? I would not ride it or even start it again until you address this issue, or you will be looking at more pistons again.

26mm carbs (stock). plugs look black! ummmm. not much more i can say not geting enough fire?
