2003 trail boss 330
#1
Hello, I have a 2003 trailboss 330 with a stage 2 dynojet kit and a K&N filter
but I am getting some 25" GBC gator's and I am looking for a bit more low end torque to turn them in deep mud
I was thinking about getting a new sprocket setup and eventually a FMF pipe for it I will have a snorkel on it by spring....
give me some exact part names of what I will need

Get you a Polaris white primary spring and a Aaen blue secondary spring, set the secondary at 2-2.No need to mess with gearing.About all you will get out of a pipe is more noise. For best results call RcR about 330/325 kits he has.

I agree with ftwflh, do what he suggests first. You'll find you're going to get the low end you're looking for. I did put the stage 1 kit on my 325 from RCR and couldn't have been happier. It did come with a pipe, which indeed is a lot louder than stock, but I liked the sound and I think it did add a little extra power. Granted these aren't putting out huge numbers in hp, so the gain was minimal.

Dont mess with your muffler.Doing so will make it sound bad and run worse.Clutching is where your power is.
I ran the EPI pink primary spring and aaen blue secondary on a 330 Trailboss and it ran great.
Polaris white spring does ok too.

Are gators a good choice or do you have any others that work good in snow and mud?
