Does anybody have any info on the 2009 polaris sportsman 500ho?

They have been around since 1996, whats left to tell?

 

My 2010 is a superb machine, no bells and absolutely no whistles.

like anything. Are they any different then the 2005 sportsman 500 ho. Do they have ebs?

 

According to this the price went down,tires are smaller and the gas tank is smaller in 2009 vs 2005 2009 Polaris Sportsman® 500 H.O. ATVs I though the Sportsmans came stock with EBS after 1998?

 

Thanks everybody for all the help but i went on a 100 mile 2 hr road trip to look at the quad in NY and i got there and the side plastic panels were missing, the sportsman sticker was scraped off, the front cargo box locks were completly gone, the plastics were spray painted to make it look new. The rims were bent and the handlebars moved about 3 inches from side to side that how wore it wasand for 285 miles and a 2009 i dont think i was worth the listed price of $4700 that guy got ripped off majorly i would have gave him 2500 for it what about yous?

Haha yeah I learned to go local and not out of state also they said they didn't know ne thing bout quads and in there barn there was 6 quads
