I put together a video series on how to service a Foreman 500. It is painfully detailed, but intended for someone who hasn't done much mechanical work. I thought it might be helpful to someone.

Part 1 talks about proper fluids, schedule, and an overview.



Part 2 finishes up with the air filter, deals with suspension and steering inspections, axle fluid change, oil filter, brake inspection, and brake fluid change.



Part 3 finishes up the brake fluid change, and deals with tie rods and checking alignment.



Part 4 involves removing the tank cover and tank, and adjusting valves, plus resetting the service reminder.
