400ex for a big guy

I have a 400ex and a warrior but by cousin who lives in California wants a 400ex and woundering if the 400ex would be big enough he is 6'5 250 pounds.

What do you guys think?

Well I'm only 6'0 but I do weigh 255 and I have no problems.

my cousin is 6'5" and weighs 230lbs and has no problems....rides just fine and never feels cramped
