Does anyone know a spot near central Indiana (Indianapolis) where they sandblast and powdercoat? Thanks in advance!

 

Economy Sandblasting on the south side is a real good place to use. Most of the spint cars/midgets in town go there. They know what they're doing and use a sand that won't remove too much metal or work harden the steel by using too much air pressure (the sand acts like millions of hammers beating on the metal). The price is good too, $40 or $50 for a midget frame so a quad should be similar. I can't help with the powder.
