I traded into this mini because my son wanted a bigger one.The carb is giving me fits and my son the can't ride blues!When we got it the carb was dribbling gas from the overflow.I figured the seat was bad got a kit replaced it still leaking.I took it to my buddy around the corner and he figured it was the float.We changed it out still leaking.We spent about 2 or 3 hours adjusting the float,checking the seat,the needle,and just looking at it scratching our heads before giving up.A couple days later I took it to my uncle left it with him a day or 2.He said it was the seat.Go figure.Got it home my son rode it for awhile stopped for lunch went to ride it again and it started bogging down when he gave it throttle.I played with it a little.When I give it throttle slowly it hesitates and then picks up if I do it fast it bogs down and shuts off.He really likes the thing but it is really starting to ---- me off.http://forums.atvconnection.com/albu...ictureid=39814

 

did the carb leaking fill the crankcase,and airbox with gas?

 

no it just dribbled out the overflow port into the air filter can

 

what is the make and size of the engine?

put the float flat across+if any at all,a hair up from level as you look at it upside down,,,,,,,sound like your still flooding out.
