Forgive my ignorance, but I'm a self taught mechanic and don't know unless I ask. What is part #21 called and how do you remove it? I have the bolt out, but it's not giving any. Do I need a steering wheel puller or something of sort?

I think you're right. Now how do I get it off?

YouTube - Polaris Sportsman EPI Clutch Kit Install - Part 1 of 4

EPI has a 4 part video, how to install a new clutch, probably the best way to explain it, is to watch it, worked for me

looks like a primary clutch in which you need a clutch puller that screws into the threaded clutch and tightened to pop off the clutch. do not use any other type puller where your pulling on the clutch it self as it will do damage.
