Sounds like possibly your fuel pump is on it's way out...

my old 700 would do that, it was a carb model, I wrapped the fuel line to the carb with reflective heat tape , bought it at home depo solved the problem, might try it

IMHO it would be a real long shot to heat gasoline enough to boil it. The pressures are way higher with an EFI than with a carb.
With a carb it can happen because the gas is at a much lower pressure in the line and is just sitting there in the bowl.

Vapor lock would be the last place I would go with an EFI. A bad fuel pump would be at the top.

a fuel bump that is going bad usually will act up when it does get warm and once cooled back down it runs better so it might indeed be a pump. good luck and let us know.

I hope you are getting an after market fuel pump....Much better idea than having Polaris tell you that you have to buy the whole tank assembly...
