Has anyone here replaced their fuel pump on a RZR. Mine is idiling low and has a pressure of about 27psi. I have read that its supposed to be around 40psi.

Pressure should be around 39-40 psi. Other members can tell you the best replacements other than Polaris which offers the tank/pump set up. Just before I retired Polaris was beginning to offer separate pumps for the atv's and Rangers, might check their price against such as Napa, etc.

Thanks for the reply. I found the part number on another forum. I just ordered one from Amazon for about $100 vs. the approximately $230 for the Polaris pump.
