Fuel filter stuck in tank

Fuel filter stuck in tank
Anybody have trouble getting the fuel filter out of honda 3 wheeler gas tank, I emptied the tank and unscrewed the valve but couldnt get the filter out its stuck in the just the white tube came out any suggestions!
I didnt want to tear the plastic liner, just wondering
