ok i have a a dumb question. i have a polaris 90 and the auto mixer isnt mixing. And i want to take it off and just straight up mix the gas. but, i dont know what ratio of oil to gas i should use. can you help me out?

 

The 90 oil pumps are very dependable unless they are damaged,etc. Is it still connected to the split cable?? OPT

 

the oil light came on yesterday and wasnt turnign off. and then the motor started clicking. so i checked the oil and it waas full. so i put 2 and 2 tomgether and just figured that it wasnt wprking. and i thought that just mixin the gas would be much simpiler. so thats what i want to do. so i just need to know the ratio

 

BLOCK off the small oil line leading to the carb and mix 40-1 ratio. Oil level sensor float could be bad(common problem),showing low oil when the tank is full!! If small line to carb has a small amount of oil on the end of it,the pump is working!! OPT
