Hey Guys, I'm new to 4 wheelers and this site so I really appriciate any help. I recently bought an 04 350 rancher. Its been running fine but the battery died. After charging it, I started it up and the neutral just blinks
on the panel and it wont go into gear. Any ideas ? Thanks !

try charging the battery for a longer period of time
Just because the motor (engine) will run doesnt mean the trans will shift.
Ele. shifft hondas are bad for running and not shifting
If that dont fix the prob. ie neutral still blinking try cleaning ALL the plug in ele. connections
apply silicone grease to all connections, this should take care of the problems and keep us posted on the results

 

another thought
Try rocking the bike back and forth and see if that helps getting a true shift but charging or changing the batterywill fix the prob.
