Yes vary pricey but still cool, the lower two works as low and high beam and still have the pod light. id like to know how long they last over light bulbs. you had to know they where coming out with this kit as there already mounting tabs on my XP for these lights.
i bet the 2012 XP will have LED lights on them.

No kidding, I do not even ride in the dark much plus the stock lighting is fine. They may look cool but who will notice other than the mosquitos, blackflies and moose. LOL I do not think I would pay $100.

At most I might put in a Blue Xenon Gas Boosted Brite Lite like I did on my sled for $20 each. http://www.bluhmenterprises.com/prod...es.php?bl_id=3

I paid around a 150.00 for 3 HID lights and I think they are kinda worth it......really brightens up the trail. On the Polaris LED lighting, all the electronics are built into the headlight housing and they are model specific, not a universal type....this could bring the costs up. No outboard ballast like HID's have and to hassle with either. It seems that all the LED lighting available for off-road is always on the high dollar side. At least the LED won't burn out as easy as HID's or stock bulbs. I dooooo agree that 500.00 bucks is a whole lotta dough for headlights. Its beyond me.....took me awhile to justify 150.00 for HID's........

They'll probably last exactly the same length of time. The time it takes for a rock to leave the guy in front of you's tire to your headlight and shatter it. Although the led's themselves would probably continue working over a bulb, but for the price dif It'd have a hard time changin mine(if I had a sp) over for 500... Like TLC said a couple Xenon bulbs would probably lightup the trail just as much if not more than the led's and you'd save about $450
