ok..lets just say it was not a good wkend and "guests" are no longer allowed on my quads....long story short out of control to fast over jump..straight up in air landed on back and quad landed on back wheelie bar pointong straight in air..---hospital trip, results are he is fine just badly bruised and swlloen..cant walk for a few days..he will be fine..but quad is alittle hurt..anyone point me towards a wheelie bar and i need the bracket that locks seat on in the rear..or do i need an entire new seat?...does that part come separate? , that is all i see with the quick inspection..take a better look soon but lets start with those items..dam it!!

Man, the good old days when that question didn't even need asked here at the Connection! Everybody here on the CanAm/Bombardier forum ONLY had DS's. Those of us that still have the old Sand Pigs are still here but we had to start up an all DS all the time site so we didn't have to dig through all of the clutter to stay on top of things and help the nebs out along the way.
If you're a serious DS rider and want an invite send me a PM and I'll get you there. Don't want to give the mods here the wrong idea. Both are great sites.

Give him a little extra "adjustment" for crashing your quad.
I learned the hard way about being careful who I let use my quads too. At least the teens I let use my quads didn't get hurt. Was tempted to change that though.

Been there too many times. Just finished repairing my 86' KX125 which cost over $200 and the parts are getting harder to find. I have reached the point where no one else rides the bike but me. Same goes for the DS650 unless you sign a waiver! I'm lucky enough to have a few other quads that inexperienced riders can handle. We have all had our share of wipeouts but it's the stupidity that drives me crazy. Glad to hear your friend is alright. Hope he offered to pay for the damages.
As for the grab bar, pick up a six pack rack. They are handy and have wider handles on them. Makes it easier to move around.
