Default Isolate 4x4 & posi-traction

I have a 2008 polaris ranger 500 4x4 efi and I'd like to know if it is possible to isolate the posi-traction and 4x4 modes. I'd like to be able to make it a full time 4x4 and eliminate the need for the rear end to slip before the 4x4 kicks in. Since the reaction time for this option is not a refined as my ford explorer, I find myself being launched into the woods at times because I counter steer the rear end sliding and then the 4x4 kicks in and pulls me in the direction of my counter steer. So is there anyone who has isolated the 3 way switch into three independent switches and also is there a way to make the machine a true full time 4x4?
Thanks
Steve

Never had this question on all the Rangers we sold, but I'm sure you could change the 3way switch into separate ones, but as far as full locking rear end seems like you would have to pin the sliding clutch gear and shift fork someway? Maybe some Ranger owners have done this? Have you checked in the Ranger forum? Plus your dealing with the front engagement also? First thing that comes to mind is the old hub activated gear case on the old 99 Ranger, but don't know if it would even work along with the cost?? OPT
