so i just picked it up for dirt cheap but it needed a lot of work, i have most everything done on it but i have 2 questions...

1. the key will not shut the machine off, right now there is no battery in it but the key does turn the lights on and off when its hooked up to a battery charger. should the key shut the quad off.

2. there is a hose that was cut off and i am wondering where it runs to, it is on a nipple on the cylinder head on the recoil side. i believe that it runs to the "snorkel " off the airbox seeing as how theres a hole in it with nothing hooked up to it.
