2006 honda rancher wont start

HAVE A RANCHER 350 THAT WONT START. HAD CARB. REBUILT AND STILL WONT START. TRIED PUTTING FUEL DIRECTLY INTO CYLINDER AND WONT EVEN TRY TO RUN.HAVE SPARK TO CYLINDER AND FUEL FLOW. ANY SUGGESTIONS WHAT TO DO NEXT.

Not being smart here but an engine needs 3 things to run, fuel, spark at the right time and compression.
Since you have spark and fuel....next thing to check is engine compression. Could be the one or both valves not seating or worse, bad rings/worn cylinder.
But if you have fuel and spark at the right time....a good healthy spark....then the it's time to check the engine compression.
