SunL 90 Not Starting - Video Included

SunL 90 Not Starting - Video Included
Hey guys,
I've read a lot on here, but this is the first time I've posted. I've got a SunL 90. Ran fine for quite some time. Sat for a few months. Tried to start it today and it won't run. Here's what I've done.
New plug - gets good spark
Changed out the gas
Took carb apart and blew out jets/ports with air compressor
Checked valves - Seemed to be fine. Just a small amount of movement at TDC
Don't have a compression gauge, but using the finger test, it feels good.
Tried multiple combinations of carb adjustments
Comes real close to starting. I'm a little concerned about the white smoke coming out of the engine/gear box overflow.
