Please Help,

My son has a 07 Koplin 90 cc four wheeler, we bought it brand new it has less than 100 miles on it..... It starts fine, the problem is for it to run the choke has to be all the way open and then when you give it gas it is very slow to respond and if you give it to much gas it will bog down and die, when idling its perfect, but when you try to go it just seem to be very very very underpowered and barley goes, it does seem to have moments that it will just take of and go but then it's back to being slow and sluggish again......it is stored in a garage and has never been in the mud....it still looks just like it did the day we bought it... He really wants to ride it but I need help! Can anyone tell me what to do? Or have you had the same problem?

 

sounds like the jet is clogged. My honda did that and i took the jet out and it had an ant n it cleaned out the jet and it has run perfect since
