the oil temp light on my 1990 big bear 350 has recently started coming on even though it's not low on oil. what should i be looking for?

 

Good day , just a reminder that you can not use a led bulb in the oil temp light i a 1988 Big Bear (or older models ), as needs the resistance from the bulb to complete the circuit. If you have an oil temp light that stays on check the bulb , mine was a led , works correctly with old style bulb installed .
I am still using EverBright BA9S 1893 Led Bulbs for the reverse and neutral lights with no issues , just can not use them with the oil temp light (circuit ) , old school bulb only.
