i have a 2004 artic cat 50cc it has compression of 140,it has spark,it is gtetting fuel but will not hit a lick.I've tried startingt fluid.I'v pulled head and piston,they looked good.I put new rings ,head gasket,juggasket,crankshafts seals,and still nothing.The spark is blue but will not light starting fluid.can anyone hep,I'm at a loss.

 

Even if you were badly out of time, it should still fire, and maybe even run backwards if the timing was 180 off. Even a bad spark should ignite starting fluid, so that has me scratching my head.Usually on a 2 stroke, hard starting is a low compression problem, but soundls like you have plenty of that as well.
