When I hooked up a new battery, the neutral light comes on for a second or two, and then goes off for 10 seconds. I can here a relay clicking every time it comes on, then goes off. During the time it is on, I can depress the starter and it cranks, but then it stops again when the relay clicks and the neutral light goes off again. Bad neutral switch or relay somewhere?
