Does anybody know how to remove the threaded piece in the end of handle bars. I trying to put on some acerbis rally gurads on my quad. The bolt came out with ease but I have no idea how to remove the insert.

go and buy some cheap moose carbon steel bars,better bend,cheap and they dont have inserts in.I dont think you will be able to get the threaded piece out.

 

Yes, the stock bars will bend if you look at them the wrong way!

i would reccomend getting a set of Oneal Prolocks. They are aluminum and very bend resistant, plus will only cost a couple dollars more than steel replacment bars.
