Default yamaha timberwolf

Hello,
My 85 year old uncle has this atv and he has what seems to be a suspension problem. It starting making noise and when we checked, the frame was moving (loose) right where the frame is connected at the driveshaft (just under the seat). My question is, is there a bushing or something there at that bolt that may have gone bad? Any help would be appreciated as I am trying to help him.

Thanks,
wod288
