Default polaris scrambler

I have a 95 Polaris Scrambler 400 and i took the cluch cover off and poot it back on but know the cluch rubs on it really bad. What can i do to fix this. Please help! Thanks.

Welcome to the forum!Replacement covers were redesigned to stop this,they were made a little bigger and stronger to keep from overheating and deforming
where they rubbed the front clutch. You can also move the small "L bracket out a little that mounts to the clutch cover bottom on the frame to see if it helps with the rubbing. If not a new cover may be needed #5430771. Not cheap, a little over $100 at Cycle Parts Warehouse, plus you can google this number to see if you can get it any cheaper. OPT
